Should you prefer to up-load to and maintain your Domain Name Server with Microsoft's FrontPage97 and it's extensions, you might want to consult this tutorial on how to properly publish your web pages from your computer to your web site.
Open your current FrontPage web with FronmtPage97 Explorer;
Select File: Publish FrontPage Web (you'll see a dialog box like this):
Type in your web server's location (replace "your-name.com" with your real URL, for example: mywebswite.com);
If you're publishing to your "root" FrontPage web, leave the "Name of Destination FrontPage Web" field empty; otherwise enter your web folder/sub-directory name there, too;
Click OK.
