Should you prefer to up-load to and maintain your Domain Name Server with Microsoft's FrontPage98 and it's extensions, you might want to consult this tutorial on how to properly publish your web pages from your computer to your web site.
Open your FrontPage Web in FP98 Explorer;
From the File menu select: Publish FrontPage Web (you'll see a dialog box like this):
Important: Click on the "More Webs..." button (see above graphic);
Type YOUR real Domain name in the text box (for example: http://www.mydomain.com);
Click OK.
Your web pages will be up-loaded to your site and your indices recalculated automatically before FrontPage98 will inform you that your site has been successfully published to your virtual server.
